New Community Members

The last step of the checkout process is to create your password.  Don't skip this process.  Once you've created your password, you'll be automatically directed to your library, which is where you can access your courses and community.  

Returning Community Members:

You can login to your account at any time via this website.  

All Community Members

The email you used at the time of checkout is your username.  You get to set up your password at the close of the checkout process.

Your username is the email you used during the checkout process.

If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password" from the main log-in screen.

For self-paced courses:  You'll have lifetime access to the materials.

For the Community of Practice:  The community is a monthly subscription.  You'll have access to the materials if you remain an active subscriber.  If you cancel your subscription, access to the Playshops, Replays and Playground will be terminated.

Video lessons, Playshops and The Playground cannot be accessed or viewed offline or outside the Willown library.

You will be able to download the Playbooks and complete them offline.

The Playground provides the following benefits.  You can:

1. Post questions at your convenience and others in the community can respond with tips, suggestions and advice.
2. Share insights about what you're learning and how you're growing and join the community in celebrating each others' milestones.  
3. Participate in "I Willown My Stress-Less Success" Challenges. From time to time, you'll be invited to participate in challenges that encourage you to take action in small ways, so you can practice the tips and strategies contained in the courses.

It is accessible from within your library.   

The Playground is available 24/7 at your convenience.  You can post questions, comments or insights 24/7.  

No.  You get to decide how actively you participate in the community. You can jump into the Playground and just view what's happening...or you can participate fully by joining the conversation.  You can participate in some features of the Playground, and not in others.  The choice is yours.  Clearly, the more you engage and put into the Playground, the more you'll get out of it.

The Playground is a new service, which means it's growing. The good news is...that means you'll get a lot of individual attention from me in the community as we gain new members.  If you know people who you think would benefit from the community refer them and help the community grow! 

The questions and comments you post within The Playground are visible to all Willown customers.  Post at your own discretion.   Note:  The community is NOT accessible or visible publicly outside of the Willown platform.

The community of practice is new and growing.  That means the Playshops remain an intimate discussion, with a small group of people.  That's great news for you...it means more individualized attention.

Announcements will be made within the Playground and you'll be notified by email.  If there's something you need to prepare for, I'll let you know in advance.  Generally, there won't be a lot of preparation needed before the Playshops.  

To complete the courses and to participate in the Playground, you'll need the following:

• Internet access 
• MP4 player 
• PDF reader 
• Speakers/Headphones 

To fully participate in 1:1 Coaching, you'll need the following:

• Internet access
• Webcam 
• Microphone 

No!  You'll have one (1) account with Willown.  When you log into that account, all products and services you've purchased will show up in your Library.  That means, everything is centralized in one place to make learning easy.

Yes!  You can download a FREE app that allows you to access your courses from anywhere using your mobile device.  

The app is provided through Kajabi, which is the learning management system that Willown uses to provide your courses.  You can download the Kajabi app from the App Store or Google Play.  All you need to start using the app is your email!

For Self-Paced Courses:   You can cancel your purchase and receive a 100% refund - no questions asked - within 30 calendar days after purchase.  After 30 calendar days, there is no cancellation/refund.

For The Community:  You can cancel your purchase and receive a 100% refund - no questions asked - within 30 calendar days after purchase.  After 30 calendar days, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but there is no refund for the month in which you cancelled.

For 1:1 Coaching:  You can cancel your purchase and receive a 100% refund - no questions asked - within 30 calendar days after your purchase.  When you refund your purchase, we will cancel any/all future coaching sessions that are scheduled.  After 30 calendar days, there is no cancellation/refund.  To ensure that coaching is the right fit for you, we'll aim to schedule your first session within the first 14 days after purchase, so that you know before the deadline if you'd like to cancel future sessions.

For all refunds:  When you refund your purchase, you will lose access to any/all course materials.
